Kitchen Sink Chocolate Salted Caramel Pretzel Cookie Skillet

Ingredients

  • 1 ¼ cup gluten-free flour

  • ¾ t baking powder

  • ¼ t salt

  • ⅛ t baking soda

  • ½ cup coconut oil

  • ⅔ cup brown sugar

  • 3 T non-dairy milk

  • 3 T  Fueled by AF Chocolate Salted Caramel Pretzel Butter

  • ¼ cup GF pretzels

  • ¼ cup chocolate chips

  • ¼ cup caramels

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Cream together the coconut oil, brown sugar, milk, and Fueled by AF Chocolate Salted Caramel Pretzel Butter until smooth.

  3. Add gluten-free flour, baking powder, salt, and baking soda and slowly combine until a soft cookie batter forms.

  4. Fold in the pretzels, chocolate chips, and caramels.

  5. Grease a 9-10 inch skillet.

  6. Spread the batter into the skillet and bake for 25-27 minutes.

  7. Enjoy!
