AGREEMENT TO TERMS

These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”), and Fueled by AF LLC ("Company," “we," “us," or “our”), concerning your access to and use of the https://fueledbyafsnacks.com website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website, or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the “Site”). We are registered in the State of Illinois, United States.

By accessing the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

Supplemental terms and policies may apply and are incorporated herein by reference. We reserve the right to make changes to these Terms at any time. The latest version will be posted with the updated date above.

ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS, TRANSACTIONS, AND SIGNATURES

You consent to receive communications from us electronically and to sign agreements electronically.

MISCELLANEOUS

These Terms are the entire agreement between you and us. If any part is deemed unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These Terms shall not be construed against us as the drafting party.
