It all began with an intense drive and a deep-seated passion to facilitate a sense of inclusion for individuals with disabilities within society. Angelica asked her adaptive fitness class (filled with 94 individuals) who would like a job and got an overwhelming "YES!"
This marked the transformative moment when her beloved snack evolved into Fueled by AF.
Angelica is the proud owner and operator of Ability Fitness, a health and fitness company dedicated to adaptive fitness. Recognizing the significant influence and remarkable potential of people with disabilities, she understood their capacity for consistency and their ability to make a profoundly positive impact on businesses.

Fueled by AF is more than just a passion project to me; it embodies my dreams and encompasses my entire life! Although we function akin to any other business, I made a deliberate choice to challenge societal norms and shed light on the remarkable skills and expertise that individuals with disabilities possess. In comparison to companies of similar scale, we boast a 28% higher efficiency rate because we actively embrace working with individuals with disabilities!
