Refunds & Claims
Refunds will only be issued if a product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. To request a refund, you must submit a claim with a photo of the issue within 7 days of delivery.

- Your order number
- A clear photo of the issue
- A brief description of the problem
Once your claim is reviewed, we will determine if a replacement or refund is appropriate.
