Hi there! My name is Angelica Ford, and I am the mind behind Fueled Af. I graduated from SUNY Cortland with a dual major in kinesiology and a minor in business. During my tenure at Cortland, I was on the varsity swim team, serving as a team captain for two years. I obtained two school records in the 200 and 400 IM and the Grace Mowatt Award during my time at Cortland.
I have been a personal trainer for six years now and created Ability Fitness. With my clients, I focus on weight loss, endurance in athletes, and injury prevention. I also specialize in working with people with disabilities. Here I ensure when working with me, they will have services and facilities that fit their needs. I strongly believe that fitness should be inclusive to all, allowing everybody to be the best versions of themselves.
With the creation of Fueled AF, I hope to create an atmosphere where nutrition is put as a priority no matter who you are. Good nutrition makes for high brain function, which enhances your daily performance. Not only is this important for everyone, but it is significant for people with disabilities.
I have always had a major sweet tooth, and I am constantly hunting for a tasty snack to curb those cravings. That is where I got the idea to create Proteiny Bites. These flavored bites can pair great with your morning coffee or can even be eaten after a workout or for a dessert. There is no wrong time to eat a proteiny bite, making these protein-packed snacks so different from other products! They indeed are a tiny, protein-packed…Proteiny snack!
