Maple Pecan Crunch French Toast

Ingredients (Serves 4–6)

  • 4 slices sourdough, brioche, or gluten-free toast
  • ½ cup Maple Pecan Crunch Butter
  • ½ cup fresh strawberries or raspberries, sliced
  • ¼ cup dark chocolate chips (dairy-free if needed)
  • 1 tsp coconut oil (optional, for smoother chocolate)
  • Flaky sea salt (optional but )


Instructions

  1. Toast the bread
    Toast until golden and crisp.
  2. Warm the Maple Pecan Crunch Butter
    Microwave 15–20 seconds so it’s spreadable.
  3. Spread generously
    Spoon a thick layer of Maple Pecan Crunch Butter over each toast.
  4. Melt the chocolate
    Melt chocolate chips (and coconut oil, if using) until smooth.
  5. Assemble
    Drizzle chocolate over the toasts.
    Top with berries.
  6. Finish
    Sprinkle lightly with flaky sea salt.


Serving Tips

  • Slice into halves or quarters for a dessert platter

  • Add a dusting of powdered sugar if you’re feeling fancy
